IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE COMPANY SITES AND MATERIALS.

By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and meet the eligibility requirements. If you do not meet ALL of these requirements, you must not access or use the Company Sites and Materials.

Cancelling Your Membership

Member can cancel his or her membership to the Community by emailing cancellation request to cancel@tenettradegroup.com. A cancellation will be effective at the end of the paid membership cycle during which you cancel the membership. Membership fees that Member has paid prior to the cancellation will not be refunded, in whole or in part. The TENET Trade Group has the right to cancel your membership and terminate this Agreement if you fail to observe any provision of this Agreement.

The TENET Trade Group can cancel your membership if authorized charges to your credit card (or, approved alternative payment method) are not honored or if The TENET Trade Group is no longer authorized to charge your credit card (or, approved alternative payment method). Upon cancellation, you will be denied further access to the restricted portion of The TENET Trade Group’s websites and the Community. The TENET Trade Group will have no obligation to return any portion of the membership

fees you have paid prior to cancellation. Member will have access until the cancelled membership period has ended.

Refund Policy

We DO NOT offer refunds for any of our services or purchases through the website. You agree that you are solely responsible for canceling the subscription before it renews for another period to avoid being charged for the next cycle. All memberships are automatically renewed, and cancellations must be completed before the renewal date.

Coupon Code Policy

If you fail to enter coupon code on checkout, no refund requests of the balance amount will be entertained. Its your responsibility as customer to enter the coupon code properly to get the discount. No exceptions will be entertained.

Duration of Our Agreement

This Agreement, including your authorization to The TENET Trade Group to charge your credit card or, approved alternative payment method for any membership fees will continue based on your selected membership duration (month-to-month, every six months, annually, or another authorized duration) until the membership to the Community is cancelled.

Your Limited User License

In return for your compliance with all the terms of this Agreement and payment of all applicable membership fees, and subject to the restrictions noted herein, The Tenet Trade Group grants Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use of the Service. These rights are (a) non-perpetual and (b) conditional on your continued compliance with the terms of this Agreement. The Tenet Trade Group reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement, including any rights by implication or otherwise.

Member is not allowed to copy, sell, license, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt or edit any of the materials or content transmitted through the Service or any derivative works from or use of the Service, in whole or in part, without prior written consent by The Tenet Trade Group.

Access and Interference

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our content including, without limitation, trading alerts, videos, web pages, and chat blogs or for any other unauthorized purpose without prior written permission by The Tenet Trade Group.  You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service including, without limitation, The

Tenet Trade Group website.  You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure and you agree not to engage in any unauthorized framing, linking or deep-linking to Service including, without limitation, the internet site without prior written permission by The Tenet Trade Group.

Member is responsible for providing all personal computer and electronic equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of some of the products or web pages offered in accordance with the Service may be through the use of a combination of a username and password. Member must keep such access information strictly confidential. Unauthorized access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement.

GENERAL COMMUNITY RULES AND GUIDELINES

All Members are required to adhere to following rules while using membership in the community. By reading these terms and Agreements you agree to adhere to this general guidelines. Membership maybe cancelled and any fees paid not refunded if a member is found not adhering to these general guidelines.

• Be respectful and treat others with kindness.
• No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Keep discussions and content appropriate and SFW (safe for work).
• No spamming or excessive self-promotion.
• Do not share or distribute personal information of others without their consent.
• No unauthorized advertisements or solicitations.
• Use the appropriate channels for discussions or topics.
• Do not engage in or promote any illegal activities.
• No trolling, flaming, or disruptive behavior.
• Respect the server staff and their decisions.
• Do not share or discuss explicit or offensive content.
• Avoid excessive caps, emojis, or text formatting that may disrupt conversations.
• No unauthorized bots or automated actions without permission.
• ANY attempt to provide investment advice is strictly prohibited. This community is for education purposes only.
• Do not self promote or ask others for payments
• Do not share your political views in the community
• Do not make disparaging or  derisive  comments against any of moderators or admins

Beak of these general guidelines will result in expulsion from the membership of community and permanent banning from website access.If you violate any of the general guidelines or terms and conditions, we will ban you and refund your subscription fee minus the prorated cost if you are on a monthly or quarterly plan. If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions discussed here and are on a yearly plan, we will deduct the prorated or full 1 Month (if you are on a discounted rate) or whichever is greater, and refund the remainder.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to change or add to the terms of this agreement from time to time and will post the same on the website; all changes or additions will then be effective immediately and you are expected to apprise yourself of any such changes or additions and if you do not agree with the same, you are to discontinue the use of our website.
